Pineapple jelly

Summer is hot, so it’s perfect to make some cool jelly to relieve the heat for your family. Today’s jelly is from pineapple, sour and sweet, so delicious!

Cut the pineapple into pieces and soak in light salt water in advance.

Put water and sugar in the boiling pot.

Add gelatine powder and mix well.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the gelatine powder and sugar melt.

Cut pineapple into small cubes.

After boiling the sugar water in the pot, turn off the heat and let cool.

First put diced pineapple into the silicone mold, then pour in the cooled sugar water. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Remove from the mold.
