Fresh spring stir-fry - stir-fried mussels with leeks and mushrooms

Mussels are extremely delicious and nutritious. They contain a lot of protein, iodine, calcium and iron, but very little fat. So if you love beauty, you don’t have to worry about gaining weight. With the most delicious leeks and mushrooms in spring, this dish is simply fresher.

Cut the leeks into sections and separate the stems and leaves.

Tear the mushrooms into small pieces, cook the mussels until they open, and set aside the meat.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot, first add the mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat.

Sauté until the mushrooms become soft and dry. Be sure to use low heat to prevent the mushrooms from burning.

Add the leek stalks and stir-fry over medium heat.

Stir-fry until the leeks become slightly soft, add salt, and stir-fry a few times quickly before serving.
