Black Forest Birthday Cake
Overview
Made this birthday cake for my husband! The first time I did it, it was a little more complicated than I thought. The weather is too hot and the chocolate is difficult to work with. It melts before it sticks to the cake body. What a toss-up. There was no kirsch and that was omitted. It’s like a copycat version of Black Forest! But it still tastes good!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a cocoa chiffon cake embryo.
-
The yellow honey I used is sweeter. Use chopsticks to insert through the base of the cherry and push out the core.
-
Divide the cake base into three equal slices.
-
Break the chocolate into pieces and spread it on the plate. There should be no water on the plate. Microwave for 40 seconds.
-
Spread the chocolate liquid with a spoon and chill in the refrigerator until hard.
-
Add 50 grams of sugar to the light cream and beat with an ice pack.
-
Beat the light cream until it reaches nine points.
-
Place a piece of cake base on a plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on it.
-
Arrange cherries at intervals.
-
Lay out three pieces of cake in sequence.
-
Simply apply it.
-
Use a spoon to break up the frozen chocolate into crumbs.
-
Adhere evenly to the cake body.
-
Simply decorate the surface with the remaining whipped cream and place cherries on top.

Done! Not bad! Beautiful!
