Nut peach cake
Overview
It is a snack biscuit that is simple to make, easy to operate and very crispy. It can be used as breakfast with milk or as a tea snack. A variety of dried fruits can be used in roasting to double their nutrition.

Before making almonds and cashews, roast them at 180 degrees for 6 minutes. Let them cool and cut them into small pieces. [You can replace them with your favorite dried fruits]

Add powdered sugar to corn oil and stir until melted

Crack in the eggs [about 45g-48g] and beat until combined and emulsified

Sift in the flour and baking soda

Pour in chopped nuts

Stir and knead into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes

Knead into small balls of 15g each [can make 32 pieces in 2 plates], or 20g each. According to your preference

Flatten and brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Do not press too thinly.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake for 20 minutes on top and bottom heat [adjust according to the characteristics of your own oven]
