  7. Knead into small balls of 15g each [can make 32 pieces in 2 plates], or 20g each. According to your preference

  8. Flatten and brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Do not press too thinly.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake for 20 minutes on top and bottom heat [adjust according to the characteristics of your own oven]
