Tomato and Onion Risotto
Overview

Prepare all the ingredients;

Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces;

Chop the onion into fine pieces;

Heat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add seasonings, add chopped onions and white rice and stir-fry briefly;

Put the processed tomatoes, onions and white rice into the electric pot and cook the rice in the usual way (the amount of water used for cooking rice can be the same as usual);
