Beef Stewed with Lotus Root in Tomato Sauce
Overview
Beef and tomatoes are ingredients that go well together, but today I mainly pair it with lotus root. When I was cooking for my mother-in-law, I discovered that they go well together with lotus root. My mother-in-law loves lotus root, but she has bad teeth, so I always cook it in a pressure cooker until soft. After pairing it with many ingredients, I found that beef and lotus root are also a perfect match. Press it into the pressure cooker at the same time. The meat and lotus roots are very tender and can be eaten easily by the elderly. Especially in my family, this dish is loved by both young and old. My beef-loving son was also very happy to eat it, and my husband also said it was delicious. Haha, it is really rare for a dish to satisfy everyone in the family.
