Cut the dried fragrant into thin slices, cut the leeks into small sections, and cut the dried red pepper into small circles.

Pour oil into a hot pan, add dried fragrant seeds and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the color of the dried fragrant seeds turns darker, then add dried red chili peppers and stir-fry to bring out the spiciness.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Add leeks and stir-fry until cooked through.
