  1. Take an egg, separate the egg yolk and egg white, and save the egg yolk for brushing the cake

  2. Add the egg white, salt, ginger, light soy sauce and other seasonings into the minced meat, stir evenly, and marinate for more than an hour

  3. Divide the minced meat into 15 equal parts

  4. Place the minced meat on the rolled puff pastry and wrap it up like glutinous rice balls with the seam facing down

  5. After wrapping all 15 pieces, place them in a baking pan

  6. Brush the previously reserved egg yolk onto the mooncakes and sprinkle with appropriate amount of black sesame seeds. Top and bottom heat, middle and lower layers, bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes
