Thai-Style Stir-fried Pork Beans

Chop the pork, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and crushed black pepper, stir irregularly, and marinate for 20 minutes. Cut the green beans and millet pepper into small dices, and chop the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a cold pan, add the garlic and chili, and stir-fry the garlic until it becomes fragrant and the minced garlic turns golden.

Add the minced pork and stir-fry quickly for 3 minutes. The surface is basically broken.

Add the green beans and stir-fry for 5 minutes (the meat and beans are cooked through).

Add fish sauce to taste, stir-fry quickly for 1-2 minutes, and remove from the pan.
