Big Mac Pizza
Overview
Everyone in my family loves pizza, so I often roll out the dough and freeze it in the refrigerator. When I want to eat it, I bake a pizza. This time I made a huge amount of pizza. I only used ingredients I had at home for the fillings. In fact, I could have more, but I was too lazy to go out and buy them.

Steps
-
Pour all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and set the dough program;
-
After 20 minutes, pause and add butter;
-
The bread machine resets the dough mixing program. After the dough is finished, the dough can be pulled out of the film;
-
Continue to place the dough in the bread barrel and place it in a warm place for basic fermentation. When the dough ferments to more than 2 times its original size, you can dip your fingers in high-gluten flour and poke a hole in the middle of the dough. If the hole does not shrink back, it proves that the dough has fermented well;
-
Deflate the dough and roll it into a round shape, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes;
-
When the noodles are resting, stir-fry the mixed vegetables in a pan to release the moisture from the mixed vegetables;
-
Stir-fry the shrimps and cut 2 ham sausages into slices;
-
Cut the other 2 ham sausages into cubes;
-
After the dough has risen, roll the dough into a round shape, one circle larger than the baking pan;
-
Put the dough sheet into the baking pan, press it with your hands, and use a fork to poke some small holes in the middle of the cake;
-
Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the pizza;
-
Place the diced ham evenly around the baking pan;
-
Fold the surrounding dough inside, wrap the diced ham, press tightly, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese;
-
Sprinkle mixed vegetables, top with ham slices and shrimp;
-
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and spread egg wash evenly around the pizza;
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
