Curry rice
Overview
Yesterday at noon, it was just my husband and I. The rice was steamed but we didn’t want to stir-fry. We didn’t have any vegetables at home and we didn’t know what to stir-fry. My husband said we should make curry rice. Search the refrigerator and make curry rice as a different way to deal with the remaining dishes.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes and set aside (you can cut them into smaller pieces, I was a bit lazy and cut them into large pieces)
-
Wash and cut onions into small slices and set aside
-
Cut the pork into cubes and set aside (I had chicken curry rice before, but I don’t have any chicken at home, so I used pork instead)
-
Wash and cut red pepper into small pieces and set aside
-
Pour vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add pork and cooking wine and stir-fry
-
Add potatoes, onions, and red peppers in turn and stir-fry evenly
-
Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water. When the water boils, add curry and salt. Change to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Wait until the potatoes become soft and the soup becomes thick
