Fried black fungus with yam
Overview
When I have nothing to do, I also upload the home-cooked dishes I make to show off. Friends who don’t know how to cook should start with home-cooked dishes if they want to learn. What I made today was fried fungus with yam. Because I wanted to eat green vegetables, I added some green vegetables. Personally, I think the taste I made is pretty good. By the way, I never eat chicken essence or MSG, so I didn’t add it. If you want a more delicious taste, you can add a little before pouring sesame oil out of the pan

Ingredients
Steps
-
Step 1: Prepare 2~3 minced onions, shredded ginger, garlic cloves (just smash them), and a little shredded chili pepper (you can leave it out if you don’t like spicy food). The one I made is not spicy anyway, so I added less, so that it looks better when fried
-
Step 2: Wash the raw materials yam and black fungus separately (put some salt on them and wash them with your hands). Slice the yam and put it in water for later use (to prevent discoloration and oxidation)
-
Step 3: Light the fire (low heat) with either salad oil or rapeseed oil (I use camellia oil). Add the onions, ginger, minced garlic, and shredded chili peppers and stir-fry. Remember: Be sure to boil all the water in the pot before cooking to prevent burns from splashing when pouring oil.

Step 4: Pour the prepared black fungus and yam slices directly into the pot and stir-fry.
-
Step 5: If the pot is relatively dry, add some water and simmer for a while. (Putting water in is to prevent the yam from being burnt and the fungus to be cooked thoroughly). Salt: The amount of salt depends on the amount of the dish. Personal taste should be light. It is best to add less first and taste it. If it is not enough, you can add more salt. If it's salty, you can add a little sugar.

Step 6: Pour in the green vegetables prepared in advance and stir-fry together. Fry until cooked, add a few drops of sesame oil and stir-fry before serving. (Of course you can skip the green vegetables, taste the soup to see if it’s salty, pour in sesame oil, mix well and serve)

The final appearance of the finished product. The red chili slivers on top brighten up the dish. Haha.
