Use a wire insert to chop the corn into pieces. This is the most troublesome step. Do it carefully and slowly

Add the chopped corn into the chopped carrots, minced green onions, a little corn oil, and salt. Stir evenly. Wash the corn leaves in advance and control the water. Set aside. Put the chopped corn into the corn leaves (you can add or leave out the chopped carrots and green onions according to your preference)

Put it into a boiling pot, steam over high heat for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Take it out and eat immediately. It tastes good after cooling down the bones
