Parsley tofu balls
Overview
My family rarely eats fried food more than five times a year. But it’s probably still hard to do without eating it at all! It’s better to DIY it yourself than to take the kids out to eat that basic thing! So today I’m going to make parsley tofu balls.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Put the old tofu in a container and crush it with a larger spoon.
-
Chop the celery and ginger and add (don’t waste the celery leaves, chop them as well and add them), and add a small amount of salt and cake flour.
-
Mix well. Check whether it can be kneaded into a ball. If it is too thin, you can continue to add a small amount of cake flour.
-
Then roll the mixed tofu into small balls.
-
Heat an appropriate amount of corn oil in the pan. When the oil is about 60% hot, add the tofu balls and deep-fry them.
-
Fry until the surface turns yellow and floats, then remove and drain the oil.
-
Add salad dressing when eating.
-
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, take your time and taste it!
