Parsley tofu balls

Parsley tofu balls

Overview

My family rarely eats fried food more than five times a year. But it’s probably still hard to do without eating it at all! It’s better to DIY it yourself than to take the kids out to eat that basic thing! So today I’m going to make parsley tofu balls.

  4. Mix well. Check whether it can be kneaded into a ball. If it is too thin, you can continue to add a small amount of cake flour.
