Overview

Prepare ingredients

Microwave butter into liquid state

Add whole egg liquid and powdered sugar and mix well

Add butter (not hot) and milk and mix well

Sift baking powder and starch

After mixing the dough, place it in a plastic bag to rest for 30 minutes.

Knead into 2g balls

Place in baking pan

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes in advance, to 170 degrees, with upper and lower heat, and bake for 18 minutes.
