Baked pork neck with lemongrass

Overview

Charcoal grilled lemongrass pork neck is my must-order when eating Thai food. It’s also delicious when baked in the oven! It can be used with wine, soup, or cooking. The sad pork guy told me that it was called pork neck meat, but it was just pig cheek meat. There were only two pieces for each pig! Because I often exercise while eating, the taste is very good!
