Wash the food

Remove the head, tail and skin of the loofah, and remove the petals from the pepper

Slice the loofah, cut the pepper into shreds, cut the chili pepper into sections, cut the garlic into minced garlic, and shred the ginger. (It’s best to choose red peppers instead of using chaotian peppers and green peppers)

Heat oil in the pot (loofah absorbs the oil), add 1/3 minced garlic, shredded ginger, and Chaotian pepper, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the loofah slices and stir-fry until evenly coated with oil

Add 2 tablespoons of salt. If you like MSG and chicken essence, you can add one tablespoon (but it is best to eat less)
