  1. Cut the carrots into thin strips for easy frying. The potato flour will spread with warm water for a while, making it easier to stir-fry. Chop onions as desired.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded carrots and stir-fry until more than half cooked, then add onions and stir-fry until cooked, then add salt, stir-fry for a while for a very fresh taste...then add in water-drained potato flour and stir-fry evenly.

  3. It's ready when it's cooked through. I added MSG because it's for children. If you like MSG, you can add it.
