Slice the lean meat and marinate with light soy sauce and cornstarch for 20 minutes.

Cut the old tofu into 1cm thick pieces and set aside.

Take the kernels from edamame, wash and set aside.

Soak dried mushrooms and cut into strips.

Add oil to the pot, sauté the garlic first, then add the edamame and stir-fry.

Add tofu, mushrooms, salt, chicken powder, and black pepper, stir-fry for a while, then add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Finally add the marinated meat slices, cover and simmer until the soup dries up.
