Corn Cheese Scones
Overview
Simple ingredients, simple preparation, ready in half an hour, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a light corn flavor and a strong cheese aroma. It can be paired with coffee or black tea to enjoy a wonderful afternoon tea time.

Prepare the ingredients, sift the flour, add baking powder, salt and sugar and mix evenly;

Take the butter out of the refrigerator without softening it, cut it into small pieces and add it to the flour;

Wear disposable gloves and knead the butter with your hands until it becomes flour crumbs;

Pour in the yogurt and use an ACA rubber spatula to mix by cutting and stirring;

Add corn kernels and cheese kernels and mix well;

Sprinkle flour on the cutting board and press the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 2.5cm;

Cut into six equal parts;

Place on a baking sheet lined with silicone paper, brush with a layer of egg wash, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees;

Place in the oven at 175 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes.
