Eggplant and salted fish pot
Overview
We use Seng Ge's selected chilled Mayou fish, a natural fish from the deep sea. It is not as dry as dried salted fish, nor is it too greasy or salty! The taste is just right and goes perfectly with eggplant and melon!

Prepare all kinds of materials! Cut the eggplant and melon into strips, and cut the fish into cubes!

After sautéing the ginger and garlic, add the mayou fish and stir-fry the eggplant and melon together! Add soy sauce, a small amount of cooking wine, a small amount of sugar and water, and simmer until the juice is reduced
