Prepare the ingredients. Today’s asparagus is so tender that you don’t need to peel it

Cut the asparagus into sections, cut the lean meat into shreds, add soy sauce, salt and sweet potato powder and add some oil. Marinate the meat and fry it in oil so that the meat will not burnt

Boil water, blanch the asparagus, add some salt, don’t blanch the asparagus for too long to affect the taste, just boil the water for a dozen seconds

Prepare a bowl, add soy sauce, sweet potato powder and water and mix well

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry the lean meat until it changes color and set aside
