  1. Put all the ingredients together and stir evenly; (Did you see black impurities in my cornmeal? My mother-in-law’s cornmeal comes from the corn she grew herself. She said it’s the top of the corn that’s black. I don’t quite understand, but it’s just delicious)

  2. Fry in a pan over low heat. Pour the batter vertically at 90 degrees and slowly pour it into a spot in the middle, allowing the cake to spread naturally. The size of the cake is up to you. (Pour the batter in one go. Do not pour a little bit first and then add a little bit more. The color of the cake will be uneven in the end);

  3. When you see a lot of holes on the surface of the dough, turn it over immediately.

  4. When the other side is cooked, it's ready to be cooked. Squeeze some honey or sauce and it will be delicious without adding anything. I added my own blueberry sauce. Pair it with a cup of yogurt, great!
