- Meat pellets Appropriate amount (30% fat and 70% thin)

Cut all the vegetables into small pieces the size of your thumb. It is best to cut the meat by hand so as not to be too finely chopped.

Prepare the seasonings. If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit it. If you like spicy food, you can add some chopped Pixian bean paste.

Put all the seasonings except chicken essence into a bowl in proportion and mix well.

Preheat the pot over low heat and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil. When the oil temperature rises to about one finger level with the palm of your hand, you can add the meat. Stir-fry the meat until the oil turns slightly yellow, then pour the seasonings in the bowl. Fry until the color of the soy sauce can no longer stick to the spatula. Then add the tofu and stir-fry for two minutes. After the tofu is gone and the smell is gone, you can add the required amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and add the potato cubes. Boil again and cook for ten minutes before adding the vegetables. Finally, add the chicken essence and turn off the heat.

Boil the noodles in lightly salted water, do not use too cold water, put it directly into a bowl, pour the marinade on it, and a bowl of fragrant noodles is ready.
