Yam and mung bean popsicles
Overview
A few days ago, I saw someone making yam juice. I thought it was good and I started to make it. After I made it, I thought it would be for my children to drink. But who would have thought that this little guy doesn’t like drinking it at all and said it was so mushy. Who can drink it? I was dizzy. I made it for a long time and no one drank it, so I had to kill it alone. But I suddenly thought that it would be a good choice to make it into popsicles, so I had this popsicle. After it was done, the little guy couldn’t wait.

Prepare 3 ingredients for making popsicles

First steam the mung beans and yam in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. The mung beans don’t need to be pressed for too long to get the texture

Put the pressed yam and milk into a blender and mix

Put the stirred yam juice into a strainer, filter it and pour it into the pot

Reheat the yam juice. Keep stirring the bottom of the pot with a spoon to prevent the bottom of the pot from becoming mushy, because yam contains a lot of starch

Add the previously steamed mung beans to honey, stir well and put into the popsicle mold
