Overview
Fragrant cornbread, with sauce, cheese, and corn. Add your favorite ingredients to make a rich and flavorful bread. The bread flour in the original recipe is 145 grams, so you need to reserve some water in the bread recipe. Ingredients: 185g bread flour, 1 egg, 10g milk powder, 20g butter, 25g brown sugar, 2g salt, 5g yeast, 80ML water. In the bread machine, remove the butter and yeast, add the liquids first and then add the solids, sugar and salt diagonally.

After kneading for 15 minutes, add yeast and butter, then start the bread machine's dough fermentation program and ferment the dough.

Take out the fermented dough to deflate and let it rise for another 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll them out.
