Blueberry jam
Overview
I stored a lot of blueberries some time ago, but they have become stale after being kept in the refrigerator for a long time. I simply made them into jam and ate them. There are no additives in my homemade jam, and it has a super fruity taste

Steps
-
Wash and drain blueberries
-
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice and set aside
-
Pour the blueberries into a non-stick pan, add an appropriate amount of sugar (you can add less sugar at first, taste the sweetness later and then increase it as appropriate), stir-fry until the blueberries are watery
-
Keep the heat low and stir-fry while pressing the blueberries
-
Stir slowly until the blueberry juice is slightly thickened and the blueberry meat is soft and mushy
-
After tasting the sweetness, add the juice of half a lemon
-
Stir-fry again for a few minutes until the sweetness is moderate, then turn off the heat and let cool
-
Once cool, put it into a bottle, keep it refrigerated, and consume it as soon as possible.
