The white radish I grew myself has very tender leaves, so I didn’t waste any time and just stir-fried it to make a side dish.

  1. Preparation: Wash radish leaves.

  2. Blanch it in a pot of boiling water for one minute, then match the two carrot slices.

  4. Chop the carrots into small pieces with a knife, and prepare some minced garlic and diced bacon.

  5. Add diced bacon in a hot pan and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

  7. Finally, add the radish leaves, add a little oil, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
