Toothpick Beef
Overview
I've wanted to make toothpick meat for a long time, but I finally found some time. Sweat... I happened to have some beef in the refrigerator and marinated it overnight. It was very delicious!

Wash the beef and loosen it with a meat hammer to break the fascia. This will make the beef taste better.

Cut the beef into 1cm square pieces.

Chop the garlic and cut the ginger into shreds.

Put beef, ginger and garlic into a bowl, then pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, add salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and white sugar.

Grip it evenly with your hands, pick up the beef and beat it a few times.

Put the beef into a plastic bag, refrigerate and marinate for 1 night.

Blanch toothpicks in boiling water.

Skewer 3-4 pieces of beef onto a toothpick.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat until 7 minutes.

Add beef skewers and fry.

Once one side is browned, flip over and cook until cooked through.
