Crack the white duck eggs into a bowl, the salted duck eggs into another bowl, peel the preserved eggs and set aside.

Dice the preserved eggs, remove and dice the salted egg yolks; add half of the salted egg white liquid and 50ml of warm boiled water to the fresh white duck eggs, stir evenly, and filter the air bubbles; pour the diced preserved egg and salted egg yolk into the stirred egg liquid.

Find a deep, flat-bottomed plate and smear a layer of cooking oil on the bottom and inside edge of the plate. Pour the mixed egg liquid into the plate, cover it with a lid or a layer of plastic wrap, and steam for 8 minutes.

After steaming, cool, slice into shapes with a deli knife, take out and place on a plate.
