Banana Mama Porridge
Overview
In Xianguo's words, making banana porridge is now popular in my family. Of course, I like to make it because everyone likes it. Bananas are boiled in the porridge, which adds more smoothness and sweetness. The porridge also has more nutrition and fruity flavor. The mother's porridge mentioned here is the name given by the daughter. It is actually a combination of sorghum rice, rhubarb rice and glutinous rice. The three rice are rich in nutrients and sticky and slippery after cooking. My daughter loves to drink it because she often makes this porridge for him to drink, so she named it mother's porridge.
