My favorite black sesame paste is black sesame paste. I used to buy it in bags, but later I thought it had additives and I just made it myself. I posted a recipe for black sesame paste in a previous article, but compared to today, I think this recipe is simpler, faster, and tastier. That’s why I used a soymilk machine, which is really convenient. The most important thing is that it is made with real ingredients and is really healthy. It’s great to have a cup like this in the cold winter. It warms the stomach, strengthens the brain, and nourishes the kidneys. It would be a pity not to try it...
