Frog Mini Cup Burger
Overview
The cute frog-shaped burger embryos are each only about the size of a cupcake. They are served with beef slices, boiled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes and salad dressing. They are cute and delicious, and are very suitable for breakfast for little friends. The hamburger embryo can be made in advance, and you can just add the ingredients in the morning and eat it in two minutes.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour yeast powder and room-temperature milk or water into a bread barrel, let it sit for a while, then pour in high-gluten flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Use high-gluten flour to separate the salt and yeast powder, otherwise it will affect the fermentation effect
-
Start a bread program at will and knead the dough
-
Let the dough rise until doubled in size
-
Take it out, knead it to remove any air bubbles, let it rest for twenty minutes, and divide it into pieces of equal size
-
Knead the dough into a ball and put it into the mold. Second fermentation takes about 30 minutes
-
After fermentation, brush a little egg liquid on the surface, pinch a few small balls as eyes, dip some water or egg liquid on them and stick them on
-
Bake in the middle layer of the oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown
-
Take it out, let it cool slightly, peel off the paper holder
-
Cut horizontal notches with a knife. After the chocolate is melted in water, dip the tip of a chopstick into it and dot the eyes
-
Prepare sliced beef with sauce, boiled eggs, lettuce leaves, tomatoes and cheese slices. Just put it into the "frog" mouth one by one, and then squeeze a little salad dressing on it
