Crispy Octopus Rice Ball
Overview
The Big Mac Mine was given to my brother to eat. After he ate it, my brother secretly told him that I didn't wash my hands when I made it. I calmly added insult to injury because my brother had just used the toilet at that time. Looking at his confused expression. My brother and I looked at each other and smiled innocently. In fact, my brother had already washed his hands clean before doing it, but none of us said anything.

Steps
-
First, mash the cooked rice into puree with a spoon.
-
Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside
-
Blanch the chicken breasts, tear into small pieces, and then cut into small pieces. Wash the octopus and cut into small pieces. Cut the cucumber into small pieces as well.
-
Take out the rice balls and add all the seasonings except sweet potato powder.
-
Add the sliced octopus, chicken, cucumber and dried fish. Use all your strength to stir evenly. (Are you ready for your unicorn arm?)
-
Spread the sweet potato powder evenly on the plate, make the mixed rice into the size you like, roll the sweet potato powder a few times on the plate, and coat it with a layer of flour (the biggest one in the middle is the Big Mac mine made by the younger brother who claims to blow up the older brother.)
-
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set
-
Fry until golden brown. You’re done!
