Garlic Grilled Abalone
Overview
This dish came from my inspiration. I had a dream one night. I dreamed that I was eating in a certain restaurant and ordered a plate of abalone. When the waiter brought it to the table, the smell of garlic and abalone immediately spread. So today I will share with you the homemade dish in my dream.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Use a knife to cut the abalone meat in a circle around the edge of the abalone shell, take out the abalone meat and remove the internal organs.
-
Cut the processed abalone meat with a knife and put it back into the abalone shell.
-
Sauce: Pour salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, pepper, and steamed fish soy sauce into a bowl and mix well.
-
Arrange the abalone neatly in order, sprinkle with water and marinate in the prepared sauce for 20 minutes to get the flavor.
-
Wash and slice the ginger into shreds and place on top of the abalone meat for later use.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chili powder and stir-fry until red oil appears.
-
Put the minced garlic into a bowl, add cumin powder, stir well and set aside.
-
Spread the minced garlic on top.
-
Place the dish in the microwave. (It is recommended to use a little more soup when cooking because the excess water will evaporate and affect its taste)
-
Turn the heat up to high and bake for about 10 minutes.
-
Take out the dishes, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and arrange the washed coriander leaves.
