Overview

Dice the ginger and garlic, cut the broccoli into small florets and rinse with salt water.

Place sausage in steamer and steam for 20 minutes. Pour cold water into a pot, cook until cooked, remove and slice.

After the sausage is steamed, remove and slice it.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add sausage slices and stir-fry evenly.

Add broccoli and stir-fry evenly.

Add salt and chicken essence to taste.

Remove from pot and plate.
