Overview
I prepared original milk toast the night before and made sandwiches for little T and his family for breakfast on weekend mornings. It’s simple, convenient and nutritious. Let’s DIY it^_^

-
Prepare materials.
-
Apply oil, cook over low heat, and fry the eggs until they are slightly golden on both sides. Place on a plate and set aside.
-
Don't rush to wash the pan in which you've fried the eggs. No need to add any more oil. Spread the sliced ham on both sides of the pan and fry briefly before putting it on the plate.
-
Boil the cabbage, remove the stems and set aside.
-
Cut off the edges of the toast and you can start making DIY sandwiches
-
Spread salad underneath
-
Put the cabbage
-
Place the meat floss and sausage on the second layer
-
Place the poached eggs on the third layer. Cut off the edges of the poached eggs to match the size of the toast. You can choose ketchup or not according to your personal taste.

The result picture is out^_^

There is also a toddler version of mini double toast sandwich.
