Pumpkin Sweet Roll
Overview
The little twist-like flower rolls are cute and have the aroma and taste of pumpkin. There is no need to add water and dough because the steamed pumpkin contains water.

Peel the pumpkin, steam it over water, and weigh 200 grams.

Add 450 grams of plain flour, 6 grams of yeast, and 30 grams of white sugar. Pour into the bread machine and stir to form a dough (18 minutes). Cover with wet gauze and ferment to double in size.

Knead the dough again in the bread machine for 18 minutes.

Weigh 50 grams of dough each and roll into strips, about 24 cm long.

Start from the middle and wrap them together like a twist.

Place in steamer in 2 layers.

Let stand for 30 minutes (secondary fermentation will double the size).

Steam over high heat for 10 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes
