Garlic oyster sauce tofu
Overview
This is a dish I made for my kids. The guy rarely had a meal at home. On weekend nights, he said he wanted to eat tofu. It turned out that the school cafeteria rarely served tofu, and once in a while, it was limited to stew. So, I used the fresh garlic I just bought, mixed with oyster sauce, and fried him a plate. The guy was quite satisfied with the meal.
