Stir-fried luncheon meat with green pepper
Overview
It rained for several days during the Tomb-Sweeping Day holiday, so I didn’t go out to buy groceries. The stock in the refrigerator was almost depleted, with only half a can of lunch meat and 3 green peppers left. I made a stir-fry for a meal, and it was enough to make a meal.
