Stir-fried loofah with walnuts
Overview
I have always liked to eat walnuts in dishes. I like the flavor of crispy walnuts and vegetables. Walnut kernels contain more protein and unsaturated fatty acids necessary for human nutrition. These ingredients are important substances in brain tissue cell metabolism, which can nourish brain cells and enhance brain function. Walnut kernels also contain a large amount of vitamin E. Regular consumption can moisturize the skin and hair, and can make the skin moist, smooth and elastic. Walnuts are rich in phospholipids, vitamin E and zinc, which are beneficial to moisturizing the skin and delaying skin aging.
