Spinach, clam and vermicelli soup
Overview
I found that I am really a housewife who can do anything. I once again deducted a handful of clams that my husband bought for spicy stir-frying, and added the blanched spinach I brought back from my mother-in-law's house to make a delicious pot of vermicelli soup. It was really delicious!

Wash the clams and heat them in cold water.

Prepare blanched spinach segments.
