Soften butter at room temperature, add sugar and beat

Divide the mixed dough into small portions, and divide the red bean filling into equal portions

Take a small ball of dough and flatten it, fill it with red bean filling and close it slowly

Put it into the mold and press out the shape to make all the red bean cakes in sequence

Pour oil paper on a baking sheet, put it into the oven together with the red bean cake, and bake it at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
