Choose tender celery leaves and clean them.

Add a spoonful of salt and mix well.

Sprinkle a layer of dry flour and mix well to coat the celery leaves with a thin layer of flour.

Place in a steamer and steam over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes.

After steaming, serve on a plate with garlic paste or your favorite sauce.
