Fried bacon with onions
Overview
Well, the clothes have been washed and let's go hang them. The sun rarely shines in Chongqing, so take the time to do laundry. Then, what then? If you have half an onion left, use it to fry the bacon.

Peel the bacon and cut into thin strips, shred the onion and set aside.

Slice ginger and garlic, cut bell pepper into rings, and set aside pepper.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the bacon and stir-fry until the fat becomes transparent and spits oil.

Pour in ginger, garlic, peppercorns and millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Turn up the heat, add onions, cooking wine and a little soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add salt and sugar, sprinkle a little water and stir-fry for a few times, then turn off the heat and add chicken essence and bring to the pot.
