4. 4 Wash the spinach and fold it into two sections (small spinach does not need to be folded). Boil water in a pot. Pour the spinach into the boiling water and blanch it

   

5. 5 Blanch the spinach, drain it

   

6. 6 Put the spinach into a bowl, then add cashew nuts and white sesame seeds, pour in an appropriate amount of sesame oil and light soy sauce and mix well

   

7. 7 Just load it into a plate
