The raw materials are ready.

After the water in the pot boils, pour in the sago, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes, and simmer until the sago is transparent.

After the sago is cooked through, pour cold water into it, let it cool down and soak it in water for later use.

Cut the mango into chunks.

Add sugar to milk and coconut milk, then put it into a beater together with the mango pulp to make a puree.

Add cooked sago, mango dices, and grapefruit pulp to the mango puree, and garnish with pomegranate and mint leaves.
