Black radish soaked in vinegar
Overview
Black radish is a new variety with high nutritional value. In addition to the nutrients of radish itself, it is said to be rich in the trace element selenium, which can improve the body's immunity. The taste of this radish is stronger than that of ordinary white radish. I pickled it with sweet and sour. The taste is much lighter. The sweet and sour radish has a crisp texture. Because I used grape vinegar when soaking the radish, the juice after soaking is very delicious. I drank a little at a time and drank it all.
