Tomato crucian carp soup
Overview
The children at home like to drink soup, so they often make soup to supplement their nutrition. But I don’t want to make the old fire soup every day, so today I’m going to make a tomato and crucian carp soup that I often make at home. I’ll have a small bowl of it to warm it before meals. However, crucian carp has too many bones, so it is best not to use it if it has been cooked in soup, especially not for children, as it can easily get stuck.

-
Prepare the ingredients and clean the crucian carp.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the crucian carp until the surface turns slightly brown, then fry the other side.
-
After frying the fish, put it in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and ginger slices and start to cook over medium heat.
-
Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
-
When the fish soup is simmering until milky white, add the tomatoes (after boiling, turn down the heat and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes).
-
Continue to simmer until the tomatoes are soft and rotten, add appropriate amount of salt and turn off the heat.
