Add wontons and fry over low heat until lightly browned,

Pour into a small bowl of pure water,

Change to high heat and cover the pot

Crack two eggs into a bowl

Beat up, add appropriate amount of salt, mix well

Add appropriate amount of black pepper and mix well

Cook like this, then reduce the heat to low, and when the water dries up,

Pour the egg liquid into the mixture,

Fry over low heat until you smell the aroma of eggs, turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
